REGARDING THE KRISIS
GROUP DIVISION Statement of editorial staff and support circle old
members.
The theoretical magazine KRISIS, known
in Germany and in the international sphere by its principle of the value
criticism, has taken the left way: it has split. Against the will of most of the
editorial staff and of the coordinating circle, Robert Kurz and Roswitha Scholz
were excluded and as a result most of the editorial staff with them. This putsch
was only possible through the instrumentation of the long time passive
association that is formally and legally the magazine publisher. Two of each
three members of the management, considered since long time ago honorary and
remained on the sidelines of the theoretical debate, allowed themselves to be
manipulated as marionettes by the editorial staff minority, not being as
significant as the circle of active support. Also in the following General
Assembly, they came against most of those present, with blank powers from the
persons that didn't appear; a masterpiece of the German associative
machiavelism, it is necessary to recognize it without envy. This
procedure was justified expressly invoking the Nazi theorist of law Carl
Schmitt, with the absurd construction of an "emergency state", presumably caused
by Robert Kurz and Roswitha Scholz which, according to a mould of constabulary
strategy, would have become pathological personalities. Most of the editorial
staff who saw otherwise the things and was opposed to the "solicitous brio of
the expulsion" was considered in that question irresponsible and accomplice
suspect with them." In this conflict, the levels of the relationships
and of the content are indissolubly intertwined one with another. In the
relationships sphere, a part is played by personal ambitions, competition
feelings and authority problems relating to a too productive member within the
group, a person of the group, imagining himself as a "baton" (this was the
self-introduced attestation) and the other one as guru, could only be defended
practicing a "patricide". Only in the circles that fancy themselves of
the left could have the idea of (mis)understand like emancipating act such a
classic and specifically western constellation.
As a result of this
conflict there are the basis of relationship problems and content: the
relationship between sexes. As well as the dissociation theory remained in the
last twelve years like a strange body in the value criticism of Krisis, in the
same way her author Roswitha Scholz as a person has been a setback for the men
team of Krisis. It is not by chance, but a collateral fully wanted effect,
the fact that the Krisis Editorial staff is once again without women, after an
interreign of only one year. Neither they forgave (them) to Robert Kurz to have
supported this principle that questions the logical-deductive objectiveness of
the old Krisis development. As for the contents of this conflict, for a
long time latent, it became worse with the formulation of a radical criticism of
the Illuminism bourgeois philosophy, as it was developed by Robert Kurz in the
discussion with the anti-German ones. The superficial community of the front
line can lead to confusion for a moment due to the existent disagreement with
regards to the criticism to the form of western, masculine and white subject.
That disagreement can be revealed now: they wanted a "nicest" Illuminism
criticism, to save moments of the androcentric universalism. If this
motivation includes a certain compatibility with the "pro-western" basic
ideology of the anti-German ones, it precisely behaves on the contrary in the
discussion about the importance of the anti-Semitism as crisis ideology. The
designation of the anti-German ones correct aspects faces here with a tendency
to objectively acquit the anti-Semitic syndrome. Also in this respect, the
superficially common campaign against the militarism only hides a deeper
dispute. As for the content of the referred conflicts they were on no
account mature and to a certain extent could have been solved in the Krisis
frame, what was made unviable with its transformation in relationship problems
and with the ensuing administrative "solution". As a result each one of them
goes his own, and from now on also in different organizational
platforms: The previous majority of the editorial staff, including
Roswitha Scholz and Robert Kurz, together with a part of the active support
circle to Krisis, will start another project of value criticism and a new
theoretical magazine with different position in what it is necessary to
accentuate. This way, they will shake off the last eggshells of the
logical-deductive objectivism of the "Krisis" previous theory and the criticism
of the western, masculine and white subject form will be promoted; precisely in
times of an ideology of the pro-western ¡hurrah! that it is also inside the
left. About the later theoretical foundation of a criticism of the "abstract
work" as a substance of the capital relationships, we want to offer to the
rising social movements a useful critical-solidary reference, instead of the
pattern of "left populist" and anti-Semitic thought. We call all of
those who inside and out of Krisis sympathize with this objective to help us in
consequence. April 11th, 2004 Hanns von Bosse, Petra Haarmann,

**************************** SUPPORT STATMENT The editors of this
page of the Krisis Group in Portuguese (http://obeco.planetaclix.pt/)
respond without any hesitation to the call of Petra, Brigitte, Hanns and
Claus. They manifest their support from now on and they tender to
collaborate with the new Magazine that, with the participation of Roswitha
Scholz and Robert Kurz (whose presence is indispensable, you only need to take a
look to the texts of this site), could develop the value criticism, deepening
the criticism of the sexual dissociation and of the Illuminism
subject. The "new historical simultaneity" that we live, makes of this
project an incentive for all women and men that today do not abdicate to
producing their lives in planet Earth. Lisbon, April 12th,

statement The Krisis' readers know very well the
theoretical, so fundamental, varied and numerous contributions that mainly
Robert Kurz has made in his radical criticism to the capitalist system, producer
of goods. All the categories of the capitalism were "unfetished" by Kurz in a
meticulous, thorough and deep way. Finally we had the monstrously authentic and
up-to-date portrait of the capitalism in its death phase. In his
reckoning with the past, months ago Kurz directed the radical criticism against
the Illuminism. It was an unavoidable task: to dare to make the radical
criticism to the fundamentalist ideology of the capitalism. There is
"Tabula Rasa", another Kurz's masterpiece placing the Illuminism in the radical
critic's pillory. We want to openly express our consequent support to
Robert Kurz, Roswitha Scholz, Hanns von Bosse, Petra Haarmann, Brigitte
Hausinger and Claus Peter Ortlieb and our decision of continuing active in the
translations and all the other tasks that we are able to do. April
